Today, an issue arose with Morgan Tire, and I was pretty upset at how this could happen...but I am rating them 5 stars, because while we are all human and computers can mess up etc, the management team and owner have handled the situation in a 5 star manner!!! They have more than righted the wrong and were very nice while doing so. Just got 2 front tires replaced with some good used ones. Customer service was amazing and the price was $20 cheaper then quoted. I will be going back to them.

Charlie and Bill built a great business and I used them for a decade. I was sad to see them go, but Dale bought it and is running a superb business. Great products and same stellar service as before. Thanks go out to Morgan Tire Service Plus. There were super nice to my 80 yr old mother, who went there to have a tire rotation. First time she has ever had to do that, and the folks treated her great, you will never know how much that means to us!
Great people and service. I have bought tires for all of my vehicles here and will do so in the future. They also do other repairs as well.
