I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation of Morgan Stanley. While the brand is established, the actual client support I received was far below standard. I dealt with my mother’s IRA team and the process was unnecessarily difficult and stressful. There is a lack of urgency and empathy when problems arise. I will be moving my business as soon as possible.
I trusted them but their service lost me about 1/3 of my nest egg. They are not fiduciary. I need to report them to the authorities.
