We've been here with my daughter for 4.5 days. The nurses are great however the staff is horrible. I've asked for the social worker to come to our room & she has yet to show up. I've asked for the patient experience to come & nothing. All I get from the Dr's is that they are sorry.. we are short staffed.. I had a much better experience in Cohens. We should've went back there but her GI advised us to come here & she hasn't even checked up on her. Im so disappointed.
Incredible hospital. Amazing staff and of course best doctors especially Dr. Alejandro Torres!!! One in a billion and we were lucky to have found him. So grateful for his expertise and kindness!!
My son had surgery there. The hospital, staff, the doctors everything was GREAT no complaints from me. Hospital was very clean. The nurses was absolutely helpful. NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME. Son surgery was a success.
My wonderful experience was in that hospital ♥️
