I delivered a baby on 6/20 while having a C-section performed hospital staff went into my overnight bag and stole my bracelet. It was a gift from my husband. I was told that I was not allowed to wear it in the OR for staff to steal it from my bag during a major operation giving birth. IT was reported to security and patient relations. It is freezing in this hospital. Even during the winter it will be freezing as well. All the money they make off of us you would think they would have some type of heat? The second floor is beyond freezing. My child has gotten a cold already. Why is this? This has been happening for so long now. Even at the Allen hospital they have NO HEAT. Some of us SUFFER with anemia so it’s just beyond me that they have no type of heat but have the AC BLASTING. They never fix their issues .
