I would strongly advise moving your money anywhere else. More specifically if you have Bob Duenner and his team as your advisors. I couldn’t get a call back for over two weeks… after leaving multiple messages and reaching out constantly. This inevitably on left me footing the bill. They really don’t take their fiduciary responsibility seriously nor are they concerned about the individual customer. They always return my phone calls ASAP and are very friendly. Kent Wolever and his team Austin and Allison are truly wonderful people. If Kent is busy, I can always rely on his team to get the job done! Thank you Morgan Stanley and Kent!
The people I have dealt with do not respond to emails and do not complete their work in a timely manner. Since my dealings with them was not going to make them any money it makes you wonder if they are only interested in those that do.
