RecommendedWe have been at Morgan Square since Nov 2019. Love that it is so close to everything we need. Now that the nice weather is here we are enjoying our balcony. It's taking us a bit to get used to having upstairs neighbors but we love it here. ☺️
Mom loves it here! After my father passed away my mom struggled keeping up with the house. She wasn’t ready for assisted living . My brother and I looked into apartments in the area ( we both live in the Liverpool area), and wanted something close to us but also wanted a senior community for her . Morgan Square was the answer! They offer lots of activities , exercise groups, even a bus to go shopping, with little trips here and there. They were definitely built with seniors in mind ! My mom loves it here! Happy Here! After downsizing from my house, I found the space more than adequate. There is a large pantry and bedroom closet. The windows are large and allow a lot of light in. I love my little deck! The neighbors are friendly. I have made many new friends. There are many activities each month and trips out if you desire.
Great place to live! I loved living at Morgan Square. Plenty of activities, lots of socializing, friendly staff, bus rides to lunch, and other things. Not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say!
Nothing positive about this place Wonder why there are no positive reviews......because there is nothing positive to say. Many have written negative reviews but they somehow are removed. Do yourself and your family a favor and don't move there.
LOOKS GOOD ON PAPER! Rent goes up “every” year with nothing improving. Elderly residents who belong in a nursing home are dumped here by their kids as it is cheaper. The property manager has no authority to do anything and is mico-managed by her superior who is there to make money. A tenant’s association was established against the wishes of the Clover Group whose headquarters are in Buffalo.
