Morgan did a wonderful job helping me find my place when I moved to Asheville. She not only knew the various neighborhoods as they currently exist, but had the perspective to explain which way they were going (i.e., improving and likely good areas to invest, or going the other way). Through out the entire process she was an excellent and responsive communicator ... she showed great professionalism by answering all my calls, texts and emails very quickly. Highly recommended.
