personalized customer service! – I went into Morgan's to get my wife's necklace repaired. One of Morgan's employees (I forget his name, but he's a taller guy with dark hair) was great and really helped me out. I had no idea whether her necklace could be repaired or not, and if it could be repaired, whether it would be worth it as far as a the price goes. Quality Jewelry, Excellent Service, and Fair Prices – All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience at Morgan's. Bought my wife's engagement ring here – I bought my wife's engagement ring here and I was very impressed with the service. The sales staff was very courteous and obliging to all my requests. I originally went into Morgan's without knowing much about engagement rings, but I left feeling like an expert. The sales staff educated me on all things engagement-rings, and really helped me figure out what kind of ring I wanted to buy. Excellent watch repair service! – I recieved a Breitling as a gift a couple years ago and it's been the watched that I've worn everyday for the past two years now... I love it!
