Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Absolutely yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
