I told her that I am looking for my very first apartment. She was able to secure a lovely large studio apartment for me at a very reasonable rent. She is very responsive and organized. I will start from the fact that Rose wasn’t even my broker. I was the buyer and she was broker for our seller. But she was so helpful in every step of the way. As a first time buyer in the US I had 1000 questions and everyone was giving me an attitude for my questions, which I still don’t get why?
