Collected medical records from my doctor who has retired for my daughter. Now for a year I am trying to get this medical records from them. Paid $25 to get MY records back, they did not respond for a month, when responded response went to the Spam folder. The download link they send expire in few days. I am asking to resend the download link - they refuse and want me to pay again for my own Records. If any-thing this is ridiculous. I do not recommend to ever have any business with this company.
