This review is not a joke. I thought $1200 for a 2 bed/2 bath in Nashville was more than reasonable, but not when it has all of the issues that Lincoya Bay Apartments has. It's obvious that they sell out contracts to the lowest bidder.... The roofing company they hired keeps leaving nails and debris all over the grounds (including on people's cars). My boyfriend's apartment flooded 6 times I'm 2 months and the apartment kept making us feel like it was our problem we weren't being patient enough while they just kept patching ... read more

This property management is absolutely terrible. My experience at my apartment took an immediate turn for the worse the moment that Morgan Property Management took over my current property. I have several examples that are documented displaying the lack of attention and disregard to the issues I have faced since they took over. Basically, whatever happens, they tell you so what and just deal with. They treat you terrible and tell you that you're locked in a lease agreemeng, so there is nothing you can do about it regardless ... read more
