Lousy Management! I am struggling to pay rent and refuse to work with me. Would rather put me out on the street then help me with my rent. Greedy and selfish. Nieu Amsterdam and Woodview are especially unreasonable and unprofessional! Unreasonable rent hike every year. They raise rent $80 every year. Also, laundry machines are broken for several months and management refuses to get fixed! Tenants beware!

This is a last resort living space! The staff is RUDE they don't return calls nor do they give out notices until you have to come out of character. This is the worse living experience EVER. Being that I'm a resident I come home to no parking every night and there's been MICE in my clean apartment! I LOVED my Apt. After 5 years Morgan had ZERO loyalty to me. They upped my rent over $900 during the time I lived at my apt. Then when I gave my notice because I could no longer afford to live at the apt they are now renting my apt for LESS than what I was offered. REALLY!!! I am sad and disappointed.
