My experience with Morgan Properties was unfortunately defined by a significant and unresolved security deposit dispute at the end of my tenancy. Worst complex in the country. If you want to live with mice, squatters in the laundry room, a bunch of fleas, roach and weed smokers here is the place. I spent a whole year reporting the issues but nobody cares.
Don’t deserve any stars!!! These people are the most unauthentic people I’ve ever seen in my life. The people that they have working for them are just plain and simple rude, and are so stuck up. There is no point in renting from these companies waste of money

Fact: Morgan Properties left us without hot water for 5 days last winter. No one cared at leasing or corporate, in fact we couldn’t reach anyone so we called the township code enforcement on Day 3. I had to act out of my character to be heard as their tenant. Just to get answers about hot water….
