This was the worst renting experience I have ever had. I asked for my lease multiple times and had it withheld. They then told me the day I was moving out I owed $960 for water when it was never until that day told to me. We had rats which they took months to believe us, they broke one of my couches, left me with a broken washer which smelled up the entire apartment for a month, and were awful at taking care of all maintence issues. Don't count on getting any money back from your deposit. They are slum lords. Be sure to ask for a copy of their damage and cleaning costs before you move in. They charge $25 per battery for smoke alarms and $15 per light bulb. BTW their apartment on Ohio Ave has rats

Our unit has broken amenities and leaking sinks for over 3 weeks. I've called the owner multiple times a week to get maintenance to repair or at least look at the issue but he has not contacted me back and has not sent maintenance to fix the issue. This is the worst leasing experience I've ever had. Do not rent from these people.
