You would hope the owner of Morgan properties would care enough to read and rectify the horrible problems within his properties !!! I did not live at this one but it was a Morgan property in Aliquippa, Pa. Garrett Wood is also a greedy and unreasonable man !!! Kane is a horrible place to live !!
