I made an appointment for 11AM but the technician Ervin didn’t get here until after 3PM. Before that At 12 I called him to see how long will it take him and He kept saying me he’s 5-10 minutes away. How does 5-10 minutes away turn into 4 hours later? That right there should have been the dealbreaker for me. when he finally got here, Ervin tried to charge me $750 just to simply switch out two electrical outlets. Im not joking. If I can give you zero stars for customer service I will but I had to give one they are lucky they got that one from you but this place customer service is horrible not reliable they don’t know how to communicate don’t use him as a waste of time Do not use dumb they are other companies out there that are more reliable I try to use though because I live in the neighborhood but sometimes convenience is not the key zero stars for customer service
