I made an appointment for 11AM but the technician Ervin didn’t get here until after 3PM. Before that At 12 I called him to see how long will it take him and He kept lying telling me he’s 5-10 minutes away. How does 5-10 minutes away turn into 4 hours later? That right there should have been the dealbreaker for me. when Ervin finally got here, he tried to charge me $750 just to simply switch out two electrical outlets. Im not joking.
