Awful. We have lived here since August 2023, at first no problems but then in October 202: our pipe busted and flooded our apartment. They fixed the pipe and got the water out but never came and check for water damage our fix the whole the wall. It’s been over a year. We have had a cockroach infestation since the flood. They crawl all over our clean dishes they are in the fridge in the cabinets on our toilet in the shower our rooms EVERYWHERE. we have talked to maintenance and management about this for the past year and they... read more
No podemos negar que es un buen lugar, lamentablemente tienen un personal de mantenimiento pésimo, el día del huracán se nos voló una ventana (de plástico) y la tuvimos que parchar con cinta para no entrara el aire y el agua, se habló al menos 4 veces para que nos apoyaran e hicieron caso omiso, solo diciendo que ya se había pedido la ventana y nada, con el calor se mete la humedad y se siente más el calor, los filtros del aire, las rejillas sueltan de más suciedad y no las cambian…….
Una Comunidad tranquila y segura con excelente atención administrativa.
