My first experience was meeting the property manager and she was so comforting and calming to talk to. The surroundings was ultimately very, very clean and organized even down to the laundry rooms. Only living here for going on 3 months it's still wonderful and safe atmosphere. I'm enjoying myself.
Office staff is pleasant and understanding . No fault of their own just wish the apartments were more up to date
This is my 7th year residing at Morgan Park Apartments and what keeps me here is the wonderful and hardworking staff: Ms. Chris Kovalec, Property Manager, and Mr. Dewayne Benison, Maintenance Director. If I have a concern or issue with a tenant or something in my suite……they take time to listen to me, they investigate the issue, and then resolve and/or fix the problem. I’ve been here for little over a year and so far it has been a great experience. Kris is super nice and very helpful. The maintenance team gets the job done in an efficient manner. The property is very well kept clean and safe.
I have been at Morgan park since November now and I love everything about it . Chris does a really great job of making me feel welcome and comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere clean , quiet and convenient to live !
