Any time I’ve needed something, Chris and the maintenance team made the process easy and stress-free. They’re professional, reliable, and genuinely care about the residents. You can always count on them to guide you through anything you need.
This is my third time choosing to live at Morgan Park Apartments, and that alone speaks to the consistency and quality of the community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and quiet, with responsive management that handles requests professionally and on time. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-managed place in a convenient location, this is an easy choice.
I recently moved out due to relocating to Columbus. I must say the whole 4 years I lived there was a positive experience. The rent is extremely reasonable and the property is maintained. Any issues I had were addressed and resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.
I've been living here for several years now and although I wish I can say the same as others, unfortunately I can't. For the past few years break ins have been getting out of control. The office attendant NEVER sends pertinent information around to us tenants. We used to have security and never had to worry about all this but it's out of control around here. Whats it going to take for someone to get hurt trying to protect there cars or protecting themselves while getting into them. To be honest I'm afraid for my safety here ... read more
Morgan Park is a great place to live but there are some things that need to change . I feel like lawn care as been a constant upkeep priority than the resident suites. I seen our leasing lady has a nice updated kitchen . Residents who been here longer than 3 years like myself should be able to get updates too or at-least a free carpet clean . The resident appreciation party is coo with the fried chicken and all but we just want the updates or $100 gift cards for groceries 🤷🏽♀️ 🤷🏽♀️
