I love where I stay. I’ve been here for almost 3 years and i love it. Anytime I have a maintenance issue they respond quickly, they treat you like family. I’ve never had any issues. They keep the property clean. Kris, the leasing manager, is there whenever needed she ALWAYS swiftly helps when I need documents or there to help fix a problem especially if someone parks in my designated parking space I really love that. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and quiet, with responsive management that handles requests professionally and on time. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-managed place in a convenient location, this is an easy choice.
I recently moved out due to relocating to Columbus. I must say the whole 4 years I lived there was a positive experience. The rent is extremely reasonable and the property is maintained. Any issues I had were addressed and resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.
I’ve had an amazing experience with our leasing office manager Chris. Chris is always quick to respond, on top of every task, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve needed something, Chris and the maintenance team made the process easy and stress-free. They’re professional, reliable, and genuinely care about the residents. You can always count on them to guide you through anything you need.
I've been living here for several years now and although I wish I can say the same as others, unfortunately I can't. For the past few years break ins have been getting out of control. The office attendant NEVER sends pertinent information around to us tenants. We used to have security and never had to worry about all this but it's out of control around here.
