A pin hole leak missed during our fall inspection created a leak under our house. They were quick to come out and fix it but 7 months later we are still dealing with a horrible smell from our system and crawl space and we get nothing but empty promises of “we will see what we can do” Also they keep trying to claim that they removed the contaminated soil and there was no soil removed under our house.

Be careful with your credit card. I ordered 150 gallons, they apparently accidentally filled the tank instead. A month later with no warning, notification or permission they withdrew the money for the extra oil they accidentally delivered. When I brought this to their attention the best they would do to rectify their mistake was a 20 cent discount on the amount they were not authorized to take in the first place. I will buy elsewhere in the future.
