The dental care itself was average at best, but the billing experience was absolutely terrible. I went in for my yearly deep cleaning and paid $500 upfront for a retainer. I was told my insurance would cover the remaining services or that there might be a small additional fee. That turned out to be completely inaccurate. Outstanding dental experience! From Patty at the front desk, transparent and efficient, to Carol the hygienist, so caring, thorough, and funny, to Dr. Nostrand, so kind, fair and non judgmental. I'm so lucky to have found them. And they give you a goody bag eith your visit :).

Dr. Nordstrom, Dr. Thai and the entire staff are all always great. They are all very welcoming, caring and kind. They make every visit comfortable and you know you are well cared for.
