Used them for a move in November where I had 2 handtrucks missing after the van drove off (movers were using them all day and I reminded them as they were packing up that those were mine.) . Notified the company, was referred to claims dept. of Bekins in Indianapolis. Filed a claim which was denied because they have no record of them being loaded (they were listed as Misc, or Tools) . No one was checking off the numbers on half the loading or unloading. I was within time limit on filing a missing item claim. Now driver out a... read more
