I've been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Morgan since 2004 and have been pleased with his level of service. His staff has always been professional i.e, Barbara (the Receptionist), Kim (my hygienist) and Cassie (Dr, Morgan's assistant) have all be wonderful. We love the Morgans! I can't say you're like family, you really ARE family! Carol did my check-up and cleaning today and she is wonderful. I feel very guilty that I talked her ear off (even with dental tools in my mouth!) Unlike other Americans, people in Jax like to go to the dentist because of you guys. Thank you for always being THE VERY BEST in dental care!

I told the hygienist I was with that I have high anxiety being in unknown environments and around new people. Throughout the appointment she asked me how I was doing and even noticed my clasped hands tightening during the cleaning. She made it easy for me, keeping me engaged with conversation and making me feel comfortable. It was nice to feel that she really cared. The doctor that came in afterwards was very cheery and even complimented my smile. It was such a great experience!

On Friday, August 1, 2014, I once again received outstanding care during my appointment. As always, the front line personnel set the stage by greeting patients when they walk through the front door. Jacky and Dr. Tommy Morgan, as always were cheerful and indeed consummate professionals! I would highly recommend the practice to others.

Everyone is friendly and professional starting from the moment I walk in the door. Everything is explained and you don't have to wait long to be seen. When you are there for teeth cleaning, you always leave with a bag of goodies. They all do their job great. I love it there. I can say now that I no longer dread going to the dentist.
