As always, Carol & Dr. Morgan provided excellent care for my teeth yesterday as they have for the past 35+ years. I have weak teeth & an abundance of saliva which causes heavy plaque buildup. Carol cleans my teeth every four months which always includes much scaling & scraping. She always passes along any information she has on what I can do to prevent gum and/or stabilize gum erosion & control plaque. Dr. Morgan, Sr. has been my dentist every time my husband was stationed at Camp Lejeune and now that he is retired and we live in Sneads Ferry, I still continue to schedule all my dental appointments at this office. He truly knows me as a person and is familiar with my dental needs. I have always gotten outstanding care and a few times, Dr. Morgan, Sr. went above and beyond by taking care of a dental problem on the weekend.
I had a 'cracked plate' , called made an appt., went in in the morning, left it for the folks to get fixed, and came back in the PM and picked it up. Did not get any coffee or donuts. Thanks to the Morgan teams for a job well done.
Everybody always so nice; they feel like family. Do not dread going to dentist.
Friendly staff, great care and attention, even helped me rock my 9 week old and sit with her while I went for x-rays. I'm very pleased
Of course it was great! Carol's the best! my mouth now feels so good I don't want to eat anything for at least a couple of weeks!
I ended up with a horrific tooth ache over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning, and even though they were completely booked up, the staff and Dr. Tommy squeezed me in to diagnose the problem and get me on the road to recovery. So grateful they made the effort to see me that morning!
The staff are always professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. I feel that I receive excellent care.
All I can say is the personnel is wonderful, and the service excellent. They don't make you get something done to your teeth you don't need, and so far I'm happy with all they've done for me to have healthy denture, unlike my previous dentist tried to sell all kinds of product and services I didn't need and I ended up loosing tons of money and got worse. At Morgans they treat you like family. Thank you
