They dont respond to correspondence and make you feel like a nuisance. Definently don't recommend them to anyone.
Before they had even gotten all the info. they called to refuse to help. Stated the attorney had reviewed ALL the info. He doesn't know the extent of damage, the medical issues, the monies paid out, or the company that caused it. So WHAT did they review? Nothing. My case is a simple one. I just need help taking it from small claims to regular court as the damages are way more than small claims allows. The receptionist wouldn't even let me get a full sentence in.
