Poor experience overall. Waited more than two weeks for a response and was told they couldn’t take my case but couldn’t say why, but still wanted to refer me elsewhere without telling me which firm, where it is, or why they might be better suited. And I’d have to wait another couple weeks to receive a response from them, which might also be negative.

My overall experience was good. The case settled rather quickly, but I had limited interaction with the lawyer on my case. The majority of the communication was with the paralegals and support staff. I didn’t hear from the lawyer until he made a deal with the other lawyers. He basically said, “I think this is the best deal we can get, I can have a check to you by next week.” When I told him that our communication was minimal and that I wanted him to reduce his fees, he became irate and threaten to remove his services, which ... read more
