The communication isn’t good. Gary please listen to your clients more and get a better team to represent cases. Having to explain the same thing more then once to different staff is annoying and not professional.

My experience was that there only goal is to win money which is expected But they're intentions aren't to hold companies and the products liable for injuries , instead I get medical bills, scars. Trauma and a company who told me my injuries don't meet their criteria
Their aggressive case screening is a russian roullete and they will absolutey turn away clear cut cases
They don't handle wrongful termination, so they took my information and provided nothing
