Reading their reviews one would think that after being in business for a long time their procedures etc wouldn't need updating. Such a pat response to people needing help.
Updating my previous review because I want to give credit where it’s due. While I had some frustrations along the way, Morgan & Morgan ultimately pulled through and achieved a much better outcome than I expected. I’m pleased with how everything turned out and appreciate the work that was done on my behalf. Thanks to Craig for sticking it out until the very end.
The communication isn’t good. Gary please listen to your clients more and get a better team to represent cases. Having to explain the same thing more then once to different staff is annoying and not professional.
