Be cautious when dealing with those people, they judging based on the "amount of money in the case to accept it". I called regarding an issue with my insurance, and after explaining my situation, I been asked about what the costs that involved, once I told them, they said, "Sorry, we will not be able to help you with this case." While I been told at the beginning of the call, by the receptionist that I had reached the right place regarding this matter.
Just call them about a potential case. My interaction and experience with them was horrible. It felt like I was talking to a robot not a human being. I even asked was I speaking to a robot? They said they couldn't take my case but when I asked simply why it was if it was stuck regurgitating the same answer which was some generic, We are not able to give legal advice prompt... Even though clearly I was not asking for legal advice, I was asking for an explanation... And then it hung up on me.... Just horrible!!!!
