I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I contacted them in early May 2023 about an automobile accident that my minor grand daughter who I am her legal guardian was in. They accepted the case and since then I have not had much communication from them. I have over 30 emails between them and myself of which over half has been from me to them. Communication is TERRIBLE! I can call my case manager McKenzy ****** for MONTHS and not get a response! Have had to call the firm more than once due to the inability to reach her! Forced to sit for long periods of time without knowing the status of or what’s going on with my case! As a client the #1 thing you want from your law firm, is for them to have your best interest at heart. At a CLOSE SECOND, you want AN OPEN LINE OF COMMUNICATION! I am VERY unhappy!

Not for the people! I have a case with them but my lawyer never calls me back or returns any of my emails nor does any one on my case. I've call the escalation service team multiple times and they don't even return my calls. I have permanent scarring left by a company and thought morgan and morgan would help me with my case but instead I feel alone and in the dark with my case. Money talks, and the little guy walks. The ads on tv total lies. Called about representing us in my son' s death from a auto accident in which my son was a passenger. No phone call just a text they would not take the case. Apparently the drivers liability insurance was to low for the lawyer to take the case. I am extremely disappointed with this Law Firm. They made me feel like I didn’t matter. For the people is a total lie. The attorney did nothing for me and only reached out to me one time in 5 months and only to tell me that they were closing my case. I wish I didn’t take them five months to tell me this because I would’ve gotten myself a better attorney. They didn’t even allow me to speak. An absolutely wonderful law firm with wonderful attorneys, they truly did treat me like family! They were caring and were honest through the entire lawsuit, they helped me seek justice and I couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful! Definitely lived up to their promise!

Total joke. Their "case reviewer" was someone who barely spoke English, and try to explain the complexities of a legal matter to someone like that? Agreed with the reviewer below, it's "all about the money." They aren't the "people's lawyer" at all, but it does make for good marketing. While I was on the phone explaining an employment situation were false accusations were made against me, I could hear in the background several telephone operators all working at once, and snickers by those with foreign accents (Latinos) who w... read more
