Ive had two cases I requested assistance with. 1st was a medical insurance lawsuit. They asked about the amount of loss and it was over 3k. They kept asking if I had any loss over 10k or if I was asked to pay 10k or more in additional medical bills or if my medical bills totaled over 10k. Made an initial inquiry about a VA rating I'd like upgraded. On May 5 2022, I sent in DD-214 as well as other supporting service documents, but no medical docs were requested from them. They acknowledged receipt the next day. On 20 June, I emailed them back requesting an update as I'd received no follow-on correspondence. Don't be fooled by the ads. There ARE cases that are too small. My wife was hurt at a local grocery store. Neglect...pallet of grocery items fell on her. We were told our case was TOO SMALL TO GET INVOLVED IN. So, some cases ARE too small, as opposed to the TV and radio ads.
