Mr. **** the lawyer, and Ms. *********** the case manager are very unprofessional and rude when we tried calling with questions, concerns or updates about our case. They never return phone calls or emails and when one of them do it's "well I spoke to your wife" then hangs up. Never once listening to us as people.
