Went to court over ZOOM agreed to payout for certain immediate payout and for judge to decide over medical decision would take 60 days. After 60 had difficulty reaching paralegal Tuesday who said James ****** had just filed his papers?? What papers I do not know. September they were unreachable again I called a complaint to Morgan & Morgan's complaint line and they themselves could not reach Tuesday or James. The staff was always kind and helpful. They always answered all of my questions and always returned my phone calls. They never treated me like my case didn't matter even though it was not a million dollar case. I would recommend Morgan & Morgan for all of your legal needs.

I hired Morgan & Morgan for an ssd claim. In the four month since I signed paperwork I have yet to speak to a lawyer. It took a couple month just to get someone to call me back. On there site it talks about helping you through the filing process and helping you complete the paperwork so you have better chance of your claim being approved. We've all heard the commercials. Wow after watching all the tv advertising I really though this would be a amazing company. But much to my surprise I was wrong. 3 times I called them with different cases and all 3 times I was rejected and had to go with another company. The first case they actually excepted and close to a year later they called me to say we didn't have a case. What a waste of my time. They are not professional in any way.

I hired this group for my disability claim and received great service.All my calls were returned from Bonnie very promptly and courteously.Always answered all my questions and I felt like we were working together as a team to win the claim and in the end their fee was far below what I thought I would have to pay.If I ever need another lawyer I know where to go and recommend them to any one I know that is in need of a lawyer!

Morgan and Morgan took my case for 3 weeks which is how long it took for me to get a response from my case manager. They would not send out the necessary information for me to continue to get treatment. These people do not care about a damn thing but money. I have never been treated so badly at such a vulnerable time. I would never recommend them!
