They do not keep you informed ,been waiting on settlement since May and said it was in mail? I call every week and get told when we find out something we will contact you, I don't understand since May you can't find my settlement check!!!

It was a hard case but they got us the most we could have gotten considering the circumstances. We tried others and had little forward movement. My experience regarding my mother's death was thought to be a product liability issue. From the start the compassion, respect, and timeliness of updates was exceptional. Through the lengthy process I rec'd numerous updates. Although the outcome was an extremely small settlement I am grateful for all they did to achieve closure over the cause of my mom's death.

I was injured at work from a tornado . I had to be airlifted due to my injuries! Due to my legal team having me do everything they ask I didn't get paid for two months so I lost what I had left because I couldn't pay my bills . Then when they finally get it fixed it stops again after three workman's comp checks it stopped again even though a primary doctor says I'm not ready to return and the physical therapist wrote the same .
