I won $9,000 for a fall at Walmart I only got a 1,225 how is that fair they say that for the people I think they're more for themselves.

My wife got totally screwed with Morgan and Morgan I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy the worse experience after a car accident ever will never call them for another thing ever
Horrible law firm !! This ppl are a scam They drop me off after 5 months later without reasons!! They said they would not be able to represent me due to some type of conflict of interest on their side But it was just a whole bunch of lies!! Them 5 star reviews are been done by their own staff ppl don’t fall into this firm Lira or you will be screw up the whole time ! I’m getting ready to act against them!!
My lawyer at Morgan and Morgan was supposed to be getting my surgery rescheduled.i waited 3weeks before calling him back cause he never called.he then told me that they were trying to contact me.i said what number and what address.both were my old ones .but my lawyer never called me to tell me this.now when I found this out and confronted my lawyer he dropped my case for irreconcilable difference's.what a jerk. so now I'm filling a complaint. and calling the Florida Bar to complain.i should have never called Morgan and Morga... read more
I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I contacted them in early May 2023 about an automobile accident that my minor grand daughter who I am her legal guardian was in. They accepted the case and since then I have not had much communication from them. I have over 30 emails between them and myself of which over half has been from me to them. Communication is TERRIBLE! I can call my case manager McKenzy ****** for MONTHS and not get a response! Have had to call the firm more than once due to the inability to reach her! Forced to sit for long periods of time without knowing the status of or what’s going on with my case! As a client the #1 thing you want from your law firm, is for them to have your best interest at heart. At a CLOSE SECOND, you want AN OPEN LINE OF COMMUNICATION! I am VERY unhappy!
Not for the people! I have a case with them but my lawyer never calls me back or returns any of my emails nor does any one on my case. I've call the escalation service team multiple times and they don't even return my calls. I have permanent scarring left by a company and thought morgan and morgan would help me with my case but instead I feel alone and in the dark with my case.
