I contacted Morgan and Morgan about a fall I took at Walt Disney, They immediately sounded interested and they told me I have a good case. The initial case worker assigned to me had great communication with me and she seemed like she was always looking out for me. But then my case was assigned to another case manager along with a different attorney. That's when all communication between them and me ceased. My lawyer at Morgan and Morgan was supposed to be getting my surgery rescheduled.i waited 3weeks before calling him back cause he never called.he then told me that they were trying to contact me.i said what number and what address.both were my old ones .but my lawyer never called me to tell me this.now when I found this out and confronted my lawyer he dropped my case for irreconcilable difference's.what a jerk. so now I'm filling a complaint. and calling the Florida Bar to complain.i should have never called Morgan and Morga... read more
