The worst law offices to work with I have ever worked with ! They told me for weeks that they took my case, they wanted pictures, names witness . Dates ,and times . And wanted me to find out who was liable? And then they called me and said they were not going to handle the case and find another lawyer ! No apology or anything . Then after another month they sent a letter to my health lnsurance co. And told them that I had a law suit In progress and I should be responsible for my medical bills ! Then no apology. We contacted Morgan & Morgan when our son was involved in a car accident last year. They took our case and were very helpful, the office is located in Fort Lauderdale Fl., but it was very hard to contact our lawyer by phone of email, a few time I had to remind them regarding papers to be taken care of, at the end they pay but they hold $500 for 90 days in case of any other billing from the doctors, nothing came during those 90 days, the $500 they suppose pay to my son have never reach to my son, we have been trying to contac... read more

morgan & Morgan. For the people: I file a labor discrimination complaint, they tell me to file it first with the EEOC; I file the complaint with the EEOC and I obtain a favorable decision on my case for discrimination and retaliation. I submit the case again to M&M according to their instructions with the support of the EEOC resolution and they reply with the same letter first time that they cannot help me and that I should go to the EEOC again. Excellent (m&m for the money)

After a slip & fall on Jan 21, 2022, not ever dealing with something like this, the first atty firm we thought of was Morgan & Morgan, because we always hear you say for the people. I'm so confused after hiring your firm and just searching for answers. I went to work early that day and fell and broke my leg . I had to have 2 surgeries and a titanium bar in my leg, and spent 8 days in hospital. Waste of time. Filed a case in April of 2023. Never hear back from them unless I threaten to go elsewhere and that's because they want the commission. this is the equivalent of the worst fast-food chain ever. They are constantly switching my attorneys, Oh yeah when they do call you back they sound annoyed. I am looking into other options for my case at this moment because I don't think they give a ****.
