They were awesome from start to finish. They were very thorough in explaining the process throughout and were always available to answer any questions I had or update me during the process. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Morgan and Morgan after getting hit by a guy who ran a red light. He totaled my car and i was sent to the hospital in an ambulance. They took my case in November of 2022. Fast forward to April of 2023 the case was still not settled. This is after going to their mri doctors and completing the physical therapy. I was suppose to have a final meeting with their doctor but kept getting canceled on 4 times. The last time the receptionist at the doctor told me my case had been dropped. I called Morgan & Morgan to talk to them about medical negligence which is another form of medical malpractice after telling my story twice to them they listen to the whole thing they told me oh we don't handle that that's not our specialty even though online when you look up their ad three things that happened to me 1. I die because they forgot to turn my lungs back on for 7 minutes woke up on a ventilator in the ICU 2. the air tube was put in my stomach instead of my lungs and I almost drowned in the liquids before a nurse... read more

I was EMAILED a message from ATTY. RABAB ******** introduced herself to me coupled with informing me to download the M&M app on my phone. This app allows one to journal the pain experienced daily, notate visits to my doctors caring for me and receive updates on my case. Fake lawyers. found on a legal site, contacted needed a transfer, to repeat the same info to then get a link to repeat in the text the same info, then a call and repeat, and transfer to questions about details of the course the attorney would need but should not get until they confirm no conflict. I feel like its a scam the entire time! is their goal to delay with your case so you do get paid and they bill the company to save them the legal fees?

In early March, Morgan and Morgan called to tell me they were not taking my case and offered other solutions for resolution. The following Monday, they called to tell me they were taking the case. Explained to them, they had already called and stated they were not taking the case and I had made other arrangements and that I was officially terminating our business relationship and they were not to contact me again. I have had the worse experience dealing with this law firm. If you have options please do not use this firm to represent you. After`waiting a year then reaching a settlement in mediation. Something that was suppose to take 45 days for a payout has now turned into 5 months. You will most likely never talk your actual attorney they will force you to deal with a paralegal allowing them to make mistake after mistake. First mistake was after we reached a settlement the paralegal sent some papers overs for the people I was suing t... read more

My daughter was murdered, I wanted to file a wrongful death suit against the perp who committed the crime. And his estate held hundreds of thousands of dollars. The person who answered the phone LAUGHED AT ME and said "No insurance company would pay out for a claim like that" He also told me that M&M only files claims against insurance companies.
