I was rear ended at 60 mph, I was at an off ramp on I 55 South, I was at a standstill because of on going traffic problems getting of the exit which backs up for miles on the Outer road. Morgan and Morgan didn't bother looking into that at all, never went to investigate the accident sit, None of my airbags deployed, they wouldn't do anything about that either. Two months ago I was struck by a car on my bicycle. I called Morgan and Morgan. COSTLY MISTAKE. After being led to believe we had a good case, and going to several doctors, MRIs, Xrays (per their advice) they told me two months later they weren't taking the case. Evidently the video from the scene (which they should have had very quickly) showed me not slowing to a stop (despite cross walk flashing lights being on) so they would no longer pursue my case as the insurance does not want to pay. If I could leave 0 stars I would. So what we found out is with a medical malpractice suit unless you’re dead, loss of limb, or doctor throws you out a window, Morgan and Morgan won’t even look at the case. So the ** that they’re for the little guys to and not just the big cases and that they care about the person, it’s a lie. It’s all about the money and if it’s an easy case to win. We will find an attorney.

So far everyone I have talked to seems to be very caring and involved.
This "team" are the highest cost attornies!! They don't follow up in a reasonable amount of time. They are not for the people they are for the law firm. In fact John ******, the original lawyer who started the firm came close to being in trouble when he hit a police officer in his younger days! I think it only fair to warn the public that this particular Law Firm has a track record which is unmatchable in the business. Check out their reviews and you'll understand before you hire them.
