Awful intake department that can't speak clear English. I submitted a matter under the class action heading weeks ago, got 3 calls over a month at bizarre times and voicemails from heavily accented call center workers. I answered today and was asked about my case by a man I could barely understand, then was cutoff very quickly and told I'd be transferred to a specialist I.E. not an attorney. This woman couldn't pronounce "Berkeley" among many others and when I tried giving her details she unilaterally decided that their firm... read more
