I had a terribe experience with morgan and Moore NHR back in June 2025. After a visit with hair loss issue, they sold me a product while in the office and after a research < found the same product online, I decide to cancel after all I had tried so many products from online and none worked. I never receiced their products yet they had collected over $500 from cherry tech financing. Its been 9 months since total hairloss now. I contacted @morganandmoorenhr when my hairloss was getting more significant than times in past, but my insurance denied the hair piece and I just couldn't afford it with having a new baby and everything going on. They stayed in contact with me and never gave up, then I got the call at the end of October that I was selected to be sponsored by @inclusivecrowns for this amazing hair piece. I have had exceptional experiences at Morgan & Moore. From my first appointment with Morgan, I was greeted with a friendly smile, a gracious personality, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and welcome. Morgan explained each step of creating my personal hair unit (wig) with great detail and knowledge, even providing a video presentation for more clarity. I just wanted to give an update on the products I’ve used since taking my locs out. Since using the Xtreme hair strengthener I noticed my hair is stronger, and the XTC nourishing conditioner also worked as a great detangler as well. My scalp is cleaner after washing and conditioning. Normally, I still have residue from the conditioner left, but I think since using the XTC scalp prep its helped with build up.
