Excellent customer service! I’ve purchased several vehicles from other dealerships but this was by far the most pleasant experience to date! Shout out to Bo Phillips and Justin Morgan for being on point and taking extra initiative to accommodate my wife and I. We look forward to future purchases. 5 out of 5!!!!! Definitely Recommend!!!!!
Experienced a process I wasn’t expecting. From the initial talk and questions to what I was searching for, then finding it, to getting instructions on how all the technology in the vehicle works. My salesperson Luke actually made a house call after work one evening to assist me on an issue I was having. The staff and sales team are the real deal and I’m very happy and satisfied!!!!!!!
Very friendly people and will do anything they can to get you a great deal and in the vehicle you want. I highly recommend luke Penniman.
We worked with Luke Penniman when we bought both our vehicles. He went out of his way to help us get what we were looking for. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Luke. He came from Castlewood to Pound to help us. He even brought cheesecake, a birthday balloon and card for my husbands birthday. He is amazing! Thank you Luke!
