We had an urgent matter that needed to be handled quickly on a Saturday. After calling many electricians around the area, Morgan answered our call and agreed to help despite being outside of their normal service area. Morgan had someone out to our home by noon and the issue was resolved and as good as new within a few hours. We greatly appreciate Morgan's willingness to help, the company's prompt service, and the electrician's professionalism and knowledge. We highly recommend their services!
The electrician was scheduled to come out on Monday between 9am and 1 pm. No one ever showed. The technician proceeded to say that he came by and no one was home (which was untrue). I was home all day and even have cameras to prove no one ever came. He then proceeded to say that he couldn't do it and we had to find someone else. Very unprofessional and obviously did not want the work order. On top of that, what was the purpose of saying you came out when you didn't? But thank you for not showing up, you did us both a favor.
