The electrician was scheduled to come out on Monday between 9am and 1 pm. No one ever showed. The technician proceeded to say that he came by and no one was home (which was untrue). I was home all day and even have cameras to prove no one ever came. He then proceeded to say that he couldn't do it and we had to find someone else. Very unprofessional and obviously did not want the work order. On top of that, what was the purpose of saying you came out when you didn't? But thank you for not showing up, you did us both a favor.

We noticed what we thought was a problem with the dimmer switch in the bath. Because we had gotten such great service some months ago from this company, we called up and spoke with Gary. After some texts and photos related to the problem, Gary maintained it was not a serious problem, and we agreed. Some companies would have sent someone out at $100 to find nothing wrong. So appreciate the diligence and helpfulness of this company all the more. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth time using Morgan electric. They know what they're doing and give you the best advice. With an old house there are complicated choices so I need someone that knows what they're doing. I won't go elsewhere anymore. I have had Paul the last few times, super knowledgeable.
