Lisa and the team at the Morgan are top notch, highly professional, and handled my application with the utmost care and respect. The Morgan is a terrific building, with beautiful new finishings and a thriving community. My brother and I are thrilled to be a part of the building, and delighted to have found our new space in Stamford!

Came here to say that the leasing office is amazing. I worked with Alex to find my apt, and he is so friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I've lived in several managed buildings in different cities, and I've never had such a great experience. Thank you!

I have lived here since September and despite the age of the building, everything is well-maintained and they respond quickly to any need. The rooms and balcony are larger than many on the market. A quiet building, lots of families and people of all ages. Parking is not great, wish they had assigned spaces, but other than that The Morgan is a good value for the rent. Home away from home, that’s the feel I get living here at these two building landmarks that have a lot of history in Stamford with more memories to be made in. The owner is very proactive along with Jose the superintendent and his crew to keep the Morgan safe, clean and maintained. From apartment renovations , to landscaping, to building updates they all have created an atmosphere that feels like that home we grew up in not just an apartment with a number on the door.
