Love this place and have a wonderful time
Update (Aug'25): Living at the Morgan has been a great experience. The renovated apartments are beautiful and well-designed. Much more spacious than we were able to find downtown or Harbor Point, without the flashy (and paid-for) amenities. Quiet neighborhood that feels homey. Management takes pride in their property — they don’t cut corners and are actually investing in the building and community. Excellent living experience with courteous and friendly staff, reasonable cost and central location
My experience in living in the Morgan is that I’ve been here since Covid and I love it here I like the old Apartments and I like to remodel apartments. The Management is super. They are great. I can call over there. Miss Carol Magna is always so professional when I call if I can’t speak to her that minute she’ll call me back sometime during the day.
