Update: I’ve lived at the Morgan for almost 4 months now and it’s been a great experience. The renovated apartments are beautiful and well-designed. Much more spacious than we were able to find downtown or Harbor Point, without any flashy amenities. Quiet neighborhood that feels homey. Management seems to take pride in their property — they don’t cut corners and are actually investing in the building and community. Building is clean, regular extermination and beautifully renovated. The staff was very accommodating when I transferred from 95 to 83. Maintenance is very attentive. Price per unit is fair when considering the free parking and utilities included. No extra charges for waste and water like the other properties. Remodeled units have updated stainless steal appliances. Lisa in management is a dear. Great access to downtown. 5 min walk.

For starters, I am thankful to have somewhere to live. However, my experience at the Morgan has not been great. The maintenance stuff is super responsive, quick and very nice. I've had to have my washer/dryer machine replaced about 3 to 4 times since moving in October 24, and they have always resolved my repair request within a few hours. However, due to the significant renovation around the building, I have been subjected to extremely loud noises such as drilling and hammering.
