If I could give zero stars I would. From The moment I moved into this new renovated “luxury building” it has been a nightmare. Literally second day of moving in. From my entire apartment smelling like cigarette smoke from a downstairs neighbor who claims to not be smoking so I’m making up my disgusting cigarette smoke in my apartment, to management being nothing but unresponsive. My girlfriend lives here, and the management in this building is unresponsive, they damn near ignore you. There’s a rodent situation she was dealing with and they don’t car enough to fix the issue. Waited a week for pest control to come out. This building just wants to make money off of you. They lack professionalism and anyone who’s looking to live here, DONT. RUN AWAY NOW.
I hate to downgrade my rating, because I do really love living here. Unfortunately, the non-smoking policy has not enforced, and so my apartment fills with smoke throughout the day. It is very challenging to focus when working from home, especially since I struggle with asthma... I hoped Management would have been able to address this issue head on, but it has been a couple months and this issue has persisted.
