The management and owner of this property are absolute slum lords. They ignore all tenant requests and work orders no matter how urgent the problem is. There are manor electrical and plumbing issues. Many units have gas leaks with stoves that don't work. Air conditioning in the units is also a major problem. For some reason there's an insane ant infestation all over this property that pest control hasn't gotten under control. These apartments look terrible. I have been here for 2years n the first week i moved in the cqbinets fell apart and hasnt been fixed since then cuz the maintenance is terrible.
