Always made excuses if he wasn’t sick he couldn’t keep help. He told me just last week he hired a new guy and they would come out Monday (2/17/20) but now sends me a text saying new guy didn’t show up that I need to find new service. So I asked him in a text why doesn’t he come do it himself - I got zero response. Service is horrible, unprofessional and unreliable - don’t even bother wasting your time.
