I arrived on time for my appointment and was turned away — while injured and on crutches — because the office claimed they “didn’t have my paperwork.” This is a foot and ankle clinic, yet there is no meaningful handicap access. I struggled through two sets of heavy double doors while on crutches, carrying a boot, and no one offered help or even stood up. This Dr was the most distracted,uninterested complacent attitude I have ever seen during an examination. Seemed like all he wanted to do was sell some ill-fitting insoles
