While Dr Vittengl himself was a very good doctor , I have not seen him in over year , every time I go in it is only a NP there for patients to see. As for the front office staff. They really need to find people who know how to work in a medical office. I have had many problems with them not billing me and my ins. company properly thus leading me to have to make phone calls between them all. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Dr. Vittengl and company have been taking care of me for nearly 25 years. He's an excellent diagnostician (sp?). He's also kind, Going there is like visiting cousins I like a great deal. The staff know me and therefore can put whatever problem I'm having into perspective with my history. From the front desk, through to the nurses, and ultimately to the doctor or the PA, it's clear I'm in wonderful hands. We're blessed to have this crew in Malta.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The Dr. has always been very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I had a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office.
