Great Service and Prices – As a Subaru driver, I frequently need help with the tire pressure light on my car when the barometric pressure changes. When that happens, I immediately head to Morgan Hill Tire and Auto, where they handle my problem immediately and refuse to take any money for their services. If you go here ONLY DEAL WITH GEORGE TORRES!!!! – I have had a great experience with George Torres; however, AVOID STEVE MOCK like the Plague! I got 4 GREAT tires and new brakes from George. Then had to take my truck back in for tire balancing and an oil change and deal with Steve - who kept me waiting for almost 3 hours (after telling me it would be an hour) with my 4 year old daughter. Old Fashioned Customer Service – I've been using this company for years and am always so impressed by the level of customer service I receive from George and his staff. They've repaired tires for free and have driven me home on many occasions while my vehicle is in repair. I always know up-front how much it's going to cost me and their turnaround time is very fast. It's what I call old-fashioned customer service, which is a rare find these days !!! I would highly recommend these guys. Awesome Job.
Defective price quotes - – Call for price to mount and balance tires - was given reasonible price. Once at the business, they added required services not orginally quoted as additional costs. Raised final price by an additional 60 percent. Bait and Switch? Maybe, defective quote - definately. Quotes not to be trusted.
Incompetant & poor customer service – Placed power steering fluid in our brake system which resulted in a $3800 brake repair. Having difficulty getting insurance liability info to file a claim. Staff unwilling to assist in getting me contact info for responsible owners. My neighbors have had bad experiences as well. STAY AWAY!!!!
