I called and gave a stock number of there part. The person said he'd check and get back to me in 30 minutes. 2 hours later I called back and was told they'd get back to me. Now it's 2 days later without a call back. I then called back and tried to speak 5 different times and got put on hold. I'm two hours away and wanted to make sure they had my part. So sad
Horrible customer service . And they have 0 parts that you call for on a couple vehicles.
I called from an hour away to see if they had the part I needed for my car, and they said that I would have to come look myself to see if they have the car let alone the part I need, because it wasn’t worth them having someone go see if they have the car and then pulling it off. It is a door part that only has one screw! Horrible customer service. Because anyone who truly cares about their customers would do their best to help them. They didn’t even try.
