I think I've been going to this practice for about nine years or so, always asking for Dr. Loveless, who is a compassionate, excellent vet. But it seems the practice is run in a way to avoid any discussion of cost until after the appointment, unless you push for the information regarding each test or treatment. This is my regular vet. I called bc my dog was acting hurt and even though they were fully booked they told me to come in. They saw me pretty quickly and then apologized for my wait!! I am super grateful for them each time I take my dogs in, they are wonderful.

Probably the worst experience at a vet clinic. The 1st visit $25 is only for one dog, which is not specified anywhere in the appointment or during the exam. Little to no information on pricing was given, and when asked at the front desk, the secretaries were rude and gave us no information. Call ahead and ask about the pricing before you go, because nothing is specified. They charged us $85 for an “annual visit” which is just the doctor listening to our dogs heartbeat, and poking his stomach a few times. Will not be going ba... read more

Dr. Pfister is a great addition to the staff. He has excellent diagnostic and communciation skills. Our cat was in for a follow- up exam for a urinary condition and required tests and an X-ray. All the these results were shared and explained to us and our questions addressed. The tech staff were, as always, wonderful.

I took my cat here for a wellness visit and cannot express how much I enoyed the experience here. The complete separation of cats & dogs eased not only my anxiety, but also my cat's. The staff was extremely friendly and made it a very welcoming space. The office was beautiful and clean. The staff treated my cat as if he was their own. I cannot recommend this place more!!!
