First, I've been working in the Mortgage Industry for many years and have worked for some large firms. I have to say that the way the process Morgan Financial treats there clients and the culture in which they complete a Mortgage loan is by far the best in the Industry. My wife and I had a great experience with Morgan Financial. Mary and Michelle were very quick to respond to any questions or inform us of changes that happened because of COVID. A change in my wife's work changed our closing date by a month and Morgan Financial split the difference with us to keep our low rate locked in.
